By resting, you will then have the renewed energies and resources to follow up, if needed, on your previous efforts and on what possibly still needs to be done. And, importantly, you will have the opportunity of enjoying your moments of relaxation.

After working hard and trying your best on a project what is the most difficult obstacle that gets in the way of being able to rest and relax? What is the most important skill that allows a person to get the rest and relaxation they need.
