The Spark of Purpose

“The heart of human excellence often begins to beat when you discover a pursuit that absorbs you, frees you, challenges you, or gives you a sense of meaning, joy, or passion.” Terry Orlick

If you are fortunate, you will find “something” in life that “you love to do” and that will motivate you to pursue your dreams. However, if you have not yet found your purpose or calling in life, do not be disheartened or give up. Keep searching, because the great significance and influence that purpose can have in your life cannot be overestimated.

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go and do that, because what the world needs is people that have come alive. Howard Thurman

“Give a man health and a course to steer, and he’ll never stop to trouble about whether he’s happy or not.” George Bernard Shaw,

“If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right ito your purpose.” Bishop T.D. Jakes
