INSIGHTS for SUCCESS

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” (Steve Jobs)

“There comes a time when you ought to start doing what you want. Take a job that you love. You will jump out of bed in the morning. I think you are out of your mind if you keep taking jobs that you don’t like because you think it will look good on your resume. Isn’t that a little like saving up sex for your old age?” (Warren Buffet)

Do what you love and the money will follow.” (Marsha Sinetar)

If you want to do what you love, it’s probably a very good idea to start as early in life as possible, when it’s most feasible and most likely to succeed. That is why parents should encourage their children to do this.

Theoretically, you can begin to do what you love at any time during your life, but practically speaking, especially if you are a breadwinner and/or a parent, doing what you love could turn out to be very difficult to achieve, especially if you haven’t been doing it in the past.

There is a saying to the effect, if you can’t do what you love, try loving what you are doing. A neat alternative, if you can do it.
