DOING, Not Just Talking the Right Thing

Taking right action is often more telling than simply intending or talking about it.

What happens if you don’t have goals to guide you?

Are you happy doing what you do at your work or school, or are you just waiting to get home and then do what you like?

How confident are you about the validity of many of your beliefs?

Do you tend to focus too much on what you are lacking, rather than on your many positive attributes?

Is having talent a reliable indicator for being successful?

Have hopes, and take them seriously. Don’t treat them just as distant images.

Good listening may be one of the most underrated qualities for achieving success. How good of a listener are you?

You need to have confidence, but at times you will need also to be prudent.

Uncovering and understanding your assumptions can be a challenging, and often rewarding effort for self-improvement.
