In today’s society there has been a lot of attention given to the intolerance of many to immigrants who have fled from their countries of origin. Do you believe that this intolerance has largely been justified?

Tolerance is a principle that protects people from being unjustly interfered with and from being unduly controlled and limited. It protects against the arbitrary and prejudiced discrimination against and control over others who are perceived to be different. In its practice it is one of the virtues that promotes success for the greatest number of individuals.
